Welcome to Nature and Community Heritage
Nature and Community Heritage is Christian Value base organization established in the purpose of assisting rural communities in Cambodia to improve their livelihood, right and well-being. We believe that nature created by God have left permanently the beauty, the sources for livelihoods which we can rejoice, the sources for endless creativeness, the sources for our knowledge, the sources for our love. Natural resources have been sources of millions of Cambodian people and it will be. Yet in order to make all people are equally enjoy those this marvelous heritages, we have role to assist those poor people to be able to rejoice this heritage and able to conserve this heritage sustain-ably.
A. Government Endorsement
Nature and Community Heritage registration within the ministry of interior, the Royal Government of Cambodia was approved on 17 December 2005. A copy of copied document of approval is available upon request. The registration number is 1207, SCN.
B. Organization’s Vision, Mission and Goal
1. Vision
Nature and Community Heritage’s Vision is that Cambodian people are benefiting from natural resources equitably and at the same time people are participating actively in environment protection and conservation of natural resources, wild life
2. Mission
Nature and Community Heritage’s mission is to work to well-being of Cambodian people through sustainable natural resource management, human resource capacity building and other services related.
3. Goal
Human Resource Development for sustainability is major goal of Nature and Community Heritage. We believe that sustainability development require participation from every one in the community thus they should get knowledge and capacity to productively participate.
